HR Employee Relations Specialist
The Employee Relations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being and satisfaction of employees within our organization. This key position is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment through effective conflict management, benefits administration, and training development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Investigations experience. and a passion for helping others.
Duties:
-Experience in SME advice & execution on ER matters, managing multiple ER cases from initiation to resolution.
Bi-Lingual/French
Experience in HR required with demonstrated required functional knowledge & expertise
Experience in working in a regional shared services organization
Experience in continuous performance measurement.
Experience in driver standards of conduct, Agency claims, unemployment and terminations. Understands and assesses risk based and seeks assistance and/or escalates as necessary.
