We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design and manage a people analytics and intelligence strategy and budget aligned with organizational and HR strategic objectives.• Lead the analysis of people and culture data, collaborating with HR and business leaders to solve strategic human capital challenges.• Guide efforts to automate HR data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytic tools.• Define processes for identifying and prioritizing analytics initiatives and requests.• Establish a data-informed culture across HR through education and by utilizing HR Business Partners.• Design and implement a quantitative HR data architecture to integrate data from multiple sources for insights and predictive models.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in data science or a qualitative mathematics field (e.g., statistics, research design, business or talent analytics, mathematics, economics, I/O Psychology) or equivalent experience.• Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior HR or Business Insight roles (strategy, analytics, or centers of excellence).• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a high-performing team.• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading enterprise-wide advanced analytics initiatives.• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with analytics and data visualization tools.• Master’s degree in HR management or MBA is preferred.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($102,039 - $170,068) plus bonus potential based on company performance.• Limitless professional development and growth opportunities.• Comprehensive benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, and full medical, vision, and dental coverage.• Remote work arrangement available within a specific geographic footprint.Apply via Haystack today!
