Join our team at E‑Therapy. We are seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students PreK‑12, remotely.Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E‑Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK‑12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development.Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.QualificationsMaster's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.Previous experience working as a bilingual speech‑language pathologist in a school or educational setting.Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.Experience in teletherapy or online speech‑language therapy services (preferred).BenefitsCompetitive salary starting at $45 per hour (commensurate with experience).Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.Flexible work arrangements (100% remote).Opportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Why E‑Therapy
