The store is the first of it's kind to focus on Dansko footwear. Customers will receive the same attention and fitting experience they've come to expect from Footwise, while havng the opportunity to shop a curated, expanded selection of Dansko products for work and beyond.Keyholder is a store leadership position. Employees have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community, while becoming experts in footwear and foot health. Our Keyholders have the opprtunity to share their knowledge with customers and staff, while providing the best level of service possible and leading by example.What We Offer Our Employees During the initial training period, this position will be paid an hourly rate starting at $22.00. The pay for this position will be reevaluated when sales stabalize and allow for anaysis of the full earning potential for employees at the location. Discretionary profit-sharing plan Generous employee discountsKEY DUTIES Opening and closing the store Merchandising Store cleanliness and basic maintenance Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor. Assisting Manager with staff training and supervision when necessary Inventory management Processing and reporting sales transactions Assist the manager with employee training and development. Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.Hours Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
