This is a highly visible leadership role ideal for a strategic HR professional who is passionate about employee wellness, benefits administration, compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience.This is a hybrid position - candidate must reside in or around Austin area and commute into office at least 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Benefits Manager, you will oversee the design, administration, communication, and continuous improvement of all employee benefits programs, including:Manage medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement benefits programsLead annual Open Enrollment, including employee communications, presentations, and education sessionsOversee benefits enrollment, eligibility, billing reconciliation, and vendor administrationManage the company 401(k) retirement plan and related compliance processesLead ACA administration, audits, and annual reporting requirementsPartner with brokers and vendors on renewals, compliance, plan design, and enhancementsAnalyze monthly benefits plan performance, utilization, and cost trendsRecommend program improvements that support employee well-being and business goalsDevelop employee communication campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with benefit offeringsSupervise, mentor, and develop the Benefits AdministratorEnsure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLAQualifications5+ years of Benefits Manager, Benefits Administration, or Total Rewards experienceStrong expertise in health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and leave administrationDeep knowledge of ACA compliance, benefits regulations, and reportingPrevious leadership or people management experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Paycom HRIS strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredWhy Join Innovetive PetcareOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee health, wellness, and financial well-beingHighly visible role with direct partnership across leadership teamsFast-growing organization with evolving HR and benefits programsCollaborative, people-first culture focused on continuous improvementMeaningful work supporting veterinary teams who make a difference every dayApply TodayIf you are a proactive Benefits Manager or Total Rewards leader who enjoys building high-impact programs and delivering exceptional employee experiences, we would love to hear from you.Apply today to join Innovetive Petcare and help support the teams who care for pets across the country.
