Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tower Technician based in Cincinnati, OH. The Tower Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure, including climbing towers and working at heights. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, using hand tools safely and effectively, and maintaining wireless network systems to ensure optimal functionality. Accurate communication and adherence to safety protocols are essential to the role. Qualifications Proficiency in the use of hand tools and related equipmentStrong troubleshooting abilities and experience in maintenance and repairWorking understanding of wireless networking systemsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyPhysical fitness to climb towers and work at heights (compliance with safety standards)Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manualsValid driver’s license and ability to travel as neededPrior experience in a telecom or related field is a plusCertifications in tower climbing and safety/rescue are advantageous
