We Are Seeking: - A Barber/Stylist with proficiency in barbering, and styling. - Experience in salon software and retail math is advantageous. - Ability to mentor junior staff members. - Strong skills in straight razor techniques are desirable. Duties: - Perform high-quality barbering and styling services including haircuts, coloring, and treatments. - Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. - Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques. - Maintain a clean and organized work station. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members when needed. Responsibilities: - Proficient in various barbering techniques including haircuts, fades, and shaves. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. - Previous experience in barbering and styling is required. - Knowledge of salon software for appointment scheduling is a plus. - Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
