Juice Bar Server

$16.50-$18.50 HourlyJob OverviewUnder the Food Service Manager supervision, the Juice Bar Server performs the following duties:Typical Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet and provide prompt courteous customer servicePrep fruits and vegetables for fresh juices- continuous as needed (Must be able to read and understand recipe’s in English)Make fresh juices using electric juicersAssist customers with questions and product selectionCompletes customer orders in a timely mannerMaintain juice bar department area clean and sanitizedMaintain safety of work areaAssist in the deli as neededFollow departmental procedures for safety, proper food handling, and sanitation according to local, state, and federal health code regulationsUse a cash registerQUALIFICATION GUIDELINESAny combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:Training/Education:A High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificateKnowledge of:Customer service techniquesVerbal proficiency of the English Language, and be able to read and write English at a basic levelPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:Bending & lifting up to 50 poundsMove stock from storage to shelf/preparation areasRepetitive movement, cutting veggies and fruit with a knifeDaily work with knives and other sharp itemsStand and walk for extended periods of timeSpecial Requirements:Must be available to work various shifts as needed including weekends.
