Location: Lisbon, Portugal Profile / Hard Skills: Degree in Network or Software Engineering (preferable) Experience in a telecommunications/ISP environment (preferable) International customer relationship experience (preferable) Availability to work rotations on a 24/7 “Standby mode” shift schedule Programming Skills: Python, Javascript, Ajax, HTML, CSS Web Protocols: HTTP, SOAP, XML-RPC, REST Database Systems: MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB Network Technologies: TCP/IP and related protocols, Knowledge of OSI stack Operating Systems: Linux and other UNIX-based OS Experience in handling work through Support Ticketing Systems Languages: English (mandatory both written and spoken) Soft skills: Good general communication skills Quality-oriented mindset Ability to work independently Proactive approach to problem solving Creative and analytical thinking Fluency in written and spoken English
