Overview In this role you will provide technical and programmatic leadership for the radar design team, guiding architecture decisions and hardware solutions. You will oversee engineering processes to ensure quality across radar programs and drive cost- and schedule-conscious hardware strategies. You will act as the primary liaison with customers and lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
