Finz is an operating finance platform for real economy businesses where costs, margins, and cash move weekly but finance still runs through month-end close. It connects banking, accounting, and operational data to automate the weekly finance cycle before the books close, without replacing existing tools or adding extra headcount.We are hiring a Fractional CFO who has worked directly with owner-led and PE-backed middle-market operators and has relationships with the founders, CFOs, and finance teams that face this problem every day.ResponsibilitiesIntroduce Finz to operators and PE firms within your network and support them through evaluation and early pilotsJoin customer conversations and discovery calls where your finance credibility opens the roomValidate and advise on Finz workflows across cash, margin, AP, AR, and working capitalDeliver billable CFO services to Finz customers including margin audits, EBITDA improvement, and cash flow reviewsRequirementsCFO, Fractional CFO, or senior finance advisory background with direct experience alongside business owners and operators within the real economy sectorAn existing network of operators, founders, or PE firms that could evaluate and adopt FinzComfortable working with an early-stage company in a hands-on, flexible capacityThis is a part-time engagement with a clear path to deeper advisory, billable client work, or a full-time role.
