Materials Coordinator

Job Title: Warehouse Materials CoordinatorLocation: Cushing, OKDuration: 12 months contract with possible extensionsJob Description:Responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and documentation to support construction projects and maintenance activities. Duties include tracking material movements, inspecting incoming shipments, managing inventory records, coordinating with supply chain, project, and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and warehouse standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate material receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory.Track and maintain accurate material records and documentation.Inspect incoming materials and verify purchase orders.Support project and operations teams with material staging and surplus management.Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Maintain warehouse organization and ensure OSHA/safety compliance.Requirements:7+ years of experience in construction, quality, or supply chain within the pipeline or oil & gas industry.Experience with procurement systems and material inspections.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle/Maximo experience is a plus.
