Since our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex offering exceptional service and the Precise solution.ResponsibilitiesCSPT Management: Serve as the IPT's lead for the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), managing all program SPIDs and executing real-time updates and adjustments to the spend plan.Financial Execution & Tracking: Work directly with BFMs and the IPTL to monitor and accelerate the execution of program funding, ensuring financial targets and timelines are met.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize expert-level Excel skills to perform complex financial analysis, track expenditures, forecast financial needs, and generate insightful reports for leadership.Spend Plan Maintenance: Take ownership of the IPT's master spend plan, reconciling financial data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.Funds Management: Apply deep knowledge of PANMC, RDT&E, and OMN funding regulations and characteristics to support strategic financial planning and execution.QualificationsRequired ExperienceJourneyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Desired ExperienceStrong and efficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong ability to coordinate, facilitate and schedule program level meetings while developing agendas and providing required read-ahead information.Required EducationJourneyman - BA/BS degree.Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Security Clearance - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.Hybrid Work DisclaimerThis position may allow for hybrid work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.CompensationThe salary range for this position is $78,433.26–$117,649.90 (annualized USD).
