Your days will be filled with meaning and purpose.The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.About You:You take pride in your work, pay attention to the small details and have a reputation for doing high quality work.
