Blue Mojito Bar at the Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking motivated, energetic Beverage Servers and Barback/Food Runners to support our dynamic bar and kitchen teams. This is a fast-paced, tipped position ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in an upbeat, guest-focused environment. Pool Server Responsibilities Servers at our Blue Mojito Lounge, pool, beach, and dock are responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. Greet guests promptly and courteously Take accurate food and beverage orders Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently recommend libations and specials Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally Engage guests with warm, casual conversation and personalized service (including using guest names) Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, service stations, and work areas Process payments accurately and responsibly Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow Support setup and breakdown before and after service Uphold Hyatt service standards, health guidelines, and safety regulations Your style, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests are key to creating an outstanding experience. Barback / Food Runner Responsibilities The Barback/Food Runner plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting the bar and service teams.
