Project Administrative Support Our client, a global supplier supporting highly regulated cleanroom and controlled environments, is seeking a Project Administrative Support to join their team onsite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service with inventory and operational support in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Project Administrative Support Location: Onsite customer location in Chandler, AZ Pay Range: $24-$26/hr.What's the Job?Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, onsite)Support customer orders from entry through delivery and follow-upManage inventory activities including stock reporting, cycle counts, and replenishment supportCoordinate shipments, lead times, and inbound/outbound deliveriesProcess ERP documentation including orders, delivery dockets, and GRNsWork closely with internal teams to resolve issues and turn around orders quicklyIdentify and escalate inventory, service level, or process issuesWhat's Needed?Experience in a similar warehouse, customer support, or inventory roleStrong customer service mindset with attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multitask in a busy environmentClear communication and solid organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar preferred)Background with technical or spare parts is a plusWhat's in It for Me?Work onsite with a leading global customerHands-on role with visibility and impactCollaborative team environmentLong-term growth opportunities
