This role is responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure and reliable network solutions while serving as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for advanced networking issues.The ideal candidate has strong experience with Meraki, SonicWall, and Ubiquiti environments, along with familiarity with traditional Cisco networking platforms. Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and using ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise PSA is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and maintain client LAN, WAN, and wireless networksAdminister and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless infrastructureConfigure and support site-to-site and client VPN connectivityTroubleshoot Layer 1–3 network issues across multiple client environmentsImplement network changes including upgrades, firmware updates, and device replacementsServe as Tier 2/3 escalation for network incidentsMonitor network performance and resolve outages or degradationMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standardsAssist with client onboarding, infrastructure projects, and network migrationsCollaborate with helpdesk and systems engineers to resolve complex issuesRequired Qualifications3–7+ years of professional networking and firewall experienceExperience supporting networks in a multi-client or MSP environmentHands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR platforms)Hands-on experience with SonicWall firewallsHands-on experience with Ubiquiti networking and wirelessStrong understanding of TCP/IP networkingStrong understanding of VLANs and subnettingStrong understanding of routing and switchingExperience with DHCP and DNSExperience configuring VPN technologiesExperience using ticketing and RMM toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience with traditional Cisco networking (Catalyst, ISR, ASA)Experience with ConnectWise AutomateExperience with ConnectWise PSA / ManageFamiliarity with Azure networkingExperience with network monitoring tools (PRTG, SNMP monitoring, etc.)Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or vendor certifications (Meraki, SonicWall, Ubiquiti)Soft SkillsStrong troubleshooting and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple client environments simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team#J-18808-Ljbffr
