Process Engineer - Midstream Facilities
Providing process engineering expertise in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Sr/Expert/Advisor Process Engineer - Midstream Facilities will support the design, optimization, troubleshooting, and expansion of natural gas gathering, compression, dehydration, and liquids handling facilities.
Key responsibilities
Provide process engineering support for the design and optimization of midstream facilities, including natural gas gathering and dehydration systems
Develop and maintain process simulations using ProMax and HYSYS, and perform heat and material balances and hydraulic analyses
Support the design and optimization of natural gas compressor stations and dehydration facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
6+ years of process, facilities, or project engineering experience in the natural gas midstream industry
Strong understanding of natural gas gathering, compression, dehydration, and hydrocarbon liquids handling
Experience with process simulation software, preferably ProMax and HYSYS
Familiarity with relevant industry standards such as API, ASME, and NFPA
