This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Operations Team with objectives including:Accurately Pick and Pack orders in a timely manner to meet pick timesAccurately organize shipments by carrier typeAccurately pick and pack products from inventory shelves based on customer orders, ensuring the right items and quantities are selectedSafely and securely pack products for shipment, ensuring packaging meets quality standards and protects items during transit.Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are correct and that inventory is stored in an organized manner and in its designated area.Prepare items for shipment, including labeling packages, generating shipping documentation, and ensuring all orders are ready for dispatch in a timely manner.Work closely with other warehouse team members and/or departments to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.Assist with other tasks as needed.Skills Required:Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively as well as bend and reach for product when neededAble to operate and have a basic understanding of mechanical operation of pallet jack, forklift, man-lift and other such warehouse equipmentMust possess basic math skills and have the capacity to retain numbersWork in different temperatures (-10 to 80 degree room temperature)
