Interim Controller

A great client at UHY is seeking an Interim Controller. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle accounting expertise, experience leading a small accounting team, and strong general ledger and financial reporting experience. The Interim Controller role is an onsite position. This is a consulting client position. Interim Controller Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting Ensure accuracy of financial statements and proper debits and credits across all accounts Manage and support a small accounting team Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls Partner with leadership to support day-to-day financial operations and reporting needs Utilize and oversee accounting operations within the company’s ERP system Interim Controller Requirements Progressive accounting leadership experience Strong general ledger and financial reporting background Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff Ability to work independently in a hands-on environment Experience with ERP systems; MIS experience preferred Available to start ASAP and work onsite --------------------------------------------- UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
