Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring timely testing Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage and test information Collaborate with various departments to manage orders and improve service qualityRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree Fluency in Spanish is preferred PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and email Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
