Responsibilities We are recruiting for a BC/BE pediatric intensivist to join our dynamic team at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. 10‑physician team covering a 16‑bed combined cardiac and pediatric ICU, with approximately 900 annual admissions and growing Services include ECMO, CRRT, high‑frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide and a busy sedation program with over 3,000 cases annually State‑designated Pediatric Level‑II Trauma Center for Southwestern Washington Teaching opportunities available with pediatric residents from Madigan Army Medical Center rotating through the PICU Ideal candidate will have completed a fellowship that includes training in congenital heart disease, ECMO and trauma Located near Mount Rainier National Park, Tacoma is a mid‑sized, progressive, urban port city that manages to retain a unique, hometown feel. Tacoma is on Washington’s Puget Sound, 32 miles southwest of Seattle and less than a day’s drive to Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia, and less than two hours from mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
