The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing consolidated financial reporting across multiple divisions, leading post-acquisition integration efforts, and ensuring the strength of SOX compliance. This role demands a leader who can accelerate and standardize the close process, and continue automation initiatives, particularly within the NetSuite environment. The CAO will also be tasked with building and maintaining a scalable, disciplined accounting infrastructure suitable for a public, acquisition-driven enterprise, and will be a key partner to the executive team, particularly the CFO, in all financial matters.Applicants for the CAO position at the company must have a CPA and a background that includes a strong foundation in Big Four or national public accounting. A minimum of 15 years' progressive accounting leadership experience is required, with a proven track record in high-growth, M&A-driven organizations. The role calls for deep expertise in consolidations within multi-entity environments, strong SOX and public company audit experience, and a history of success in reducing close timelines and professionalizing accounting processes. Experience in integrating acquired businesses and standardizing controls is essential, and proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred.
