We are seeking a detail-oriented RPA Analyst to support the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of automated business processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of RPA workflows while providing timely support and continuous improvement recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor RPA bots and workflows to ensure performance, availability, and reliabilityAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to RPA processesProvide timely support for incidents and service requests involving automation workflowsCollaborate with RPA developers to enhance and optimize existing automationsMaintain comprehensive documentation including monitoring procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articlesGenerate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesProvide end-user support and gather feedback on automated processesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across RPA operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Hands‑on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue PrismStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExperience with incident management and support processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
