As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive key initiatives, mentor talented developers, and help shape transformative solutions that deliver real impact.What You’ll DoLead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and guide teams in building distributed microservices and full stack systems.Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications that align with business and regulatory requirements.Share knowledge and passion for emerging technologies while mentoring and growing engineering talent.Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to create impactful digital solutions.Work with modern languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, SQL, and HTML/CSS.Leverage SQL/NoSQL databases, container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.4+ years of professional software engineering experience.1+ year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in a technical discipline.7+ years of experience with one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, SQL).3+ years of experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.1+ year of people management or team leadership experience.2+ years of experience in Agile development practices.
