Employment Consultant

ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Solutions of OCCK, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Employment Consultant to help clients obtain and maintain employment by marketing program services to employers and meeting clients' support and training needs. Such as assisting clients to develop their work habits and skills, supporting clients during their job search, and providing support alongside their employment. This position is primarily weekday hours, but some evenings and weekends for job coaching.QualificationsKnowledge of TANF, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Ticket to Work programs is preferred but not required. BA or BS in a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to relocate near Salina, KS.
