Trident Consulting is seeking a " Robotics Reliability Test Technician " for one of our clients in "San Francisco, CA" A global leader in business and technology services.Position: Robotics Reliability Test TechnicianLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)Duration: 3 MonthsEstimated Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2.Position SummarySeeking a hands-on Reliability Test Technician to support testing and validation of autonomous robotic platforms and hardware systems.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with reliability testing, environmental testing, troubleshooting, lab equipment, and robotic/electromechanical systems in robotics, automotive, electronics, or hardware testing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute reliability and validation tests for robotic and autonomous systemsSupport root cause analysis by documenting test findings and observationsWork with: Electronics, Sensors, Actuators, Mechanical structuresDevelop and maintain detailed test procedures and reportsOperate environmental test chambers, vibration tables, and load framesMaintain organized and efficient lab/test environmentsSupport testing activities at external labs and field test locationsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to improve test coverage and system reliabilityMandatory SkillsReliability Testing & ValidationMechanical & Electrical TroubleshootingEnvironmental Test ChambersVibration TestingSoldering & CrimpingDAQ Systems & Lab EquipmentSensors & ActuatorsLinux EnvironmentCAD Software (SolidWorks / Onshape)Technical Documentation & ReportingRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in: Robotics, Automotive, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical TestingStrong understanding of schematics and datasheetsExperience working with: Environmental test chambers, Vibration tables, Mechanical load frames, Lab/shop tools and equipmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work onsite in a hands-on lab environmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbsAbout Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
