Our team is known for providing thoughtful, high-touch service to individuals and families navigating complex probate and trust matters. Due to an increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced legal professional to support our estate administration practice on a consulting basis. The ideal candidate can step in with minimal ramp-up time and handle files with a high degree of independence. Responsibilities: Manage estate administration matters from start to finish Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, and accountings Communicate with executors, beneficiaries, and courts Coordinate asset collection and distribution Handle deadlines and ensure compliance with Illinois probate procedures Qualifications: Licensed attorney in Illinois Prior experience in estate administration / probate required Ability to manage matters independently Strong communication and organizational skills Engagement Details: Flexible structure (part-time or full-time hours available) Project-based or ongoing engagement depending on fit Onsite, hybrid, or remote flexibility depending on experience level Interested in hearing more?
