iring: Program Manager – Enterprise QA (Contract)📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week) 💼 Employment Type: ContractWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Enterprise QA to lead the build-out of an Enterprise QA function, driving QA standards, governance, tooling, and delivery practices across engineering, infrastructure, and data teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple concurrent Enterprise QA initiatives across cross-functional technology teams.Drive program planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution.Build project plans from the ground up, proactively managing risks and dependencies.Partner with engineering, infrastructure, data, cloud, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.Own executive communications, status reporting, and cross-team coordination.Mentor QA practitioners and lead a collaborative QA Guild.Support QA transformation initiatives, including QA Automation, Synthetic Data Services, Lower Environment Build-Out, DataGaps Onboarding, and Agentic SDLC.Qualifications10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.Proven experience leading QA transformation, enterprise technology delivery, or large-scale software programs.Strong stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations.Experience building programs from inception and managing complex dependencies.Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.Experience working in federated or guild-based delivery models.Preferred: Financial Services or other regulated industry experience.Nice to Have: Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in QA and SDLC.If you're a strategic program leader with a passion for enterprise QA transformation and cross-functional delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
