Civil Engineer/Project Manager - San Antonio, TX - Remote

Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a national engineering firm seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects throughout Texas. This role offers the chance to take ownership of high-impact projects while benefiting from the resources and stability of a nationwide organization. Compensation US$100,000 – US$120,000 annually, with higher offers considered for exceptional experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Active Texas PE license. 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience, ideally in land development. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC‑RAS, and related software. Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects (site development, roadways, water, sewer, drainage). Manage proposals, budgets, schedules, reports, and technical deliverables. Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams. Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with design standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
