Investigation Engineer

A company is looking for an Investigation and Development Engineer to provide technical expertise in sustaining engineering activities. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform initial triage activities for customer issues and manage complaints processes Conduct investigations of technology product issues and perform sustaining engineering activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain knowledge of orthopedics and related technologiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (biomedical, mechanical, electrical/electronic, computer science, or mechatronics) Alternative qualifications may be accepted with relevant experience in a medical device investigative environment Exposure to highly regulated environments and familiarity with medical devices or robotics Experience with technical investigations and electro-mechanical systems Knowledge of project management, risk management, and regulatory requirements is advantageous
