They will be responsible for helping grow the company\'s revenue streams and profit to pursue the mission of profitable growth for business sustainability.Compensation$133,000-$151,000/Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)ResponsibilitiesResponsible for establishing the Regions vision, mission and goals along with striving for operational excellent, process improvement, profitability and supporting growth with existing and new customersDevelop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for their Region to achieve operational KPI\'s and revenue targets in order to expand market share. Align the Region\'s goals with overall FF objectivesResponsible for the teams in the West Region to ensure customer demands and expectations are met regardless of functional and departmental boundaries.
