Personal Care Assistant

Stabon Manor Personal Care Home is currently accepting applications for Medication Technicians, Personal Care Aides, and CNA’s for all shifts. We offer full-time, part-time, weekend, and 12-hour shift options. We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who are able to work as part of a team in a structured, fast-paced personal care environment. About Us: Stabon Manor Personal Care Home is a well-established facility committed to providing quality care to our residents. We take pride in maintaining a structured, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Our team works with a diverse resident population, including individuals with behavioral health needs. Staff must be adaptable, follow structured protocols, and be comfortable working in a hands-on care setting. We provide guidance and support to ensure staff are set up for success. Responsibilities: Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Complete accurate documentation (MARs and reports) Monitor residents and report any changes in condition Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements: High school diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older Must be dependable with strong attendance Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to complete required certifications: Medication Administration Diabetic Training CPR & First Aid Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid, in-house training for the right candidates.
