Tour Guide / Surf Instructor

Electric Bike Tour Guide and Surf Instructors needed! Here at Cal Coast Adventures, we are looking for experienced locals with a passion to share their hometown knowledge with others. We will provide training to the right candidates with our routes and process. We are developing new tours and are also looking for people that can assist in the development of future tours. We are looking for both bike guides and surf instructors; if you can do both, you will head to the front of the line! There is also the opportunity to perform as a rental operator with more regular hours. Desired qualities of Bike Tour Guides: - Thorough knowledge of the North County San Diego are (Del Mar-Carlsbad). - Experience leading bike tours or other tourism related tours. - Reliable transportation to and from work. - Comfortable leading groups of 2-6 on bike tours on the street from Carlsbad - Del Mar. We will provide training and routes but we need someone that is comfortable on bikes and riding in the street with others. Desired qualities of Surf Instructors: - Outgoing and friendly - Patient - Previous surf instruction experience recommended but not required, for the right person. Surf Instructor position requires that you are CPR/First Aid Certified. If you are not certified, we will pay for you to re-certify, for the right candidate.
