Manager & Senior Manager – Fund Accounting

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the books and records for various private partnerships and accounts, as well as reporting to clients and the portfolio group.What You'll DoMaintain the books and records for various private partnerships and accountsPrepare complex management fee and waterfall calculationsRecord purchase and sale transactionsAccount for complex corporate actionsEstimate and post accrualsDetermine and prepare distributions and drawdownsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAnalyze and calculate performance metrics for partnerships/accounts as well as for each investmentWhat You BringMinimum 5 years relevant accounting or audit experience within Big Four public accounting or a mix of public accounting and investment management industry experienceStrong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysisExcellent understanding of accounting with the ability to apply relevant investment company accounting rulesSolid analytical skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
