Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketer to join our team. Responsibilities - Conduct in person marketing campaigns to generate interest in our products and services. - Engage with potential customers through telemarketing efforts, providing information and answering questions. - Supervise and train team members during outreach initiatives to ensure effective communication and strategy implementation. - Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure commitments from prospective clients. - Participate in fundraising activities to support community initiatives while promoting brand awareness. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition. - Track and report on outreach efforts, providing insights on customer feedback and market trends. - Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications - Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is preferred. - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. - Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable. - Familiarity with electioneering tactics is a plus. - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse audiences. - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. - A passion for customer service and community engagement is essential.
