Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview In this Senior Full Stack Developer role, you will contribute to Encore's Application Development team by shaping and delivering scalable enterprise applications. You will collaborate with product managers, analysts, QA, architects, and vendors to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions. The role blends hands-on development with project leadership in an Agile setting, focusing on delivering business impact and continuous improvement. You will stay current with new technologies and nurture cross-team relationships to ensure MVPs meet objectives and scale effectively. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, architects, DBAs, developers, and vendors to design, develop, and test applicationsFollow defined software development methodologies to meet milestones and standardsOwn and drive projects to completion and produce design/documentationDesign database structures with DBAs and develop system specificationsPropose innovative technical solutions for complex challengesWork with QA to ensure quality and perform testingLead projects or act as technical lead when neededBuild and maintain relationships with users and stakeholdersStay updated on technologies and trends to improve solutionsLead project teams, manage timelines, budgets, and business objectivesCoach junior developers on agile practices and embracing changeDelegate tasks based on skills and availabilityProvide production support and continuously improve observability and deployment practicesCreate and maintain documentation and knowledge basesFoster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments6+ years with Next.js and TypeScript6+ years designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Azure FunctionsExperience building scalable microservices and distributed systemsExperience integrating with CRM, ERP, Oracle databases, and third-party APIsStrong SQL Server/Azure SQL knowledge, query optimization, and performance tuningExperience with Entity Framework Core and modern data access patternsExperience building cloud-native applications in Microsoft AzureHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, IaC conceptsStrong software architecture knowledge, security, and scalability principlesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint activitiescollaborationleadershipproblem-solvingNext.jsTypeScriptRESTful APIs
