Retail Sales Associate, Nolita (Part-time)

Aer is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-growing lifestyle brand. We are looking for someone who can deliver best-in-class customer service and continue to establish the store as the hub for Aer’s brand experience. You will report to the Store Manager and the position is based out of our store in Nolita (NYC). This job requires working 3 days per week including the weekend.RESPONSIBILITIES-Provide hands-on customer service to create a world-class store experience.-Become an expert in product knowledge (including the competition’s) and market trends to help inform customers’ purchase decisions.-Process customer sales and in store returns.-Maintain visual integrity of the space, keeping a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.-Communicate passion for Aer’s brand philosophy to customers.-Provide insightful and relevant feedback to the head office on product designs, customer experience, and market trends.-Process and receive inventory replenishment for the store.-Weekend and some holiday work will be required for this position.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS-One year sales experience, preferred-Friendly and customer-obsessed; an excellent communicator-Smart, detail-oriented, and punctual-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment-Interest in consumer brands, product and fashion-Self Starter; Eager to learn and take on varied responsibilities with a desire to grow-Proficiency of Google Suite is a plus
