This is a unique opportunity to exercise your passion for DFT architecture, design and implementation to work in a custom, high-frequency CPU design manufacture on the leading-edge process nodes! You will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with, and learn from, industry veteran designers and architects to create a breakthrough design for cloud computing. What you’ll achieve: Enhance team efficiency for on-time execution of DFT milestones Manage issues related to yield loss, yield improvement, cost reduction and quality at wafer sort and final test to meet product qualification Work with team members on specific tasks. Understand product qualification schedules, plan and drive meetings and track progress Deliver timely and effective communications to update senior management and key stakeholders on status About you: Experience managing highly technical subject matter experts, as well as growing and developing high performing teams Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of DFT architecture, methods and flows for Scan, MBIST, IOBIST and BSDL. Good understanding of DFT tools for Scan, MBIST and silicon debug tools Experience with silicon bring up, debug, low yield and DPPM analysis Should demonstrate experience with Excel and Power Point tools Demonstrate good skills to interface and collaborate with multiple teams across the company MSEE with 8 years, or BSEE with 10 years of experience in Design-For-Test (DFT) development What we’ll offer: At Ampere we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The full base pay range for this role is between $163,100 and $271,900, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $171,800 and $286,300.
