This role includes evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy services to support children in achieving communication and feeding goals.This position offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical collaboration and leadership support.Schedule Options: 1099 Independent ContractorResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plans and measurable goalsProvide engaging, play-based therapy servicesAddress areas including articulation, phonology, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, fluency, AAC, and feeding (as applicable)Supervise and support SLPAs (if applicable) in accordance with state regulationsEducate and coach caregivers on strategies for carryover at homeComplete documentation in a timely and accurate mannerCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary team membersMaintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policiesQualificationsActive Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist licenseMaster's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferredCurrent CPR certificationArticle 9 certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently in a home health settingPediatric experience preferred but not requiredStrong clinical reasoning and communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationFlexible scheduling based on your availabilityDedicated administrative supportClinical collaboration and mentorship opportunitiesSupportive, therapist-led leadershipReferral bonus opportunitiesOur CultureWe are intentional about creating an environment where therapists feel supported and valued.
