Work Modality: RemoteLevel: SeniorEnglish Level: Advanced (B2 – C1) – RequiredDuration: 4 monthsProject Type: Large-scale network implementation and operationsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Network & Communications Engineer responsible for leading the deployment and operation of a distributed network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and operational continuity across a multisite environment (approximately 900 locations).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment of backup circuits (failover) across multiple sitesDesign and ensure high availability and network redundancyCoordinate remote technical installations and on-site supportManage telecommunications providers (ISPs)Oversee provisioning, activation, and billing processes for network servicesDiagnose and resolve complex connectivity issuesManage and troubleshoot VPNs (site-to-site / remote access)Execute large-scale network projects (multisite environments)Ensure timelines, quality standards, and service continuity are metTechnical Requirements4+ years of experience in networking and telecommunicationsProven experience in multisite environments (100+ sites preferred)Strong knowledge of:Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.)VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN)High availability and redundancy (failover, load balancing)Experience working with multiple connectivity providers (ISPs)Ability to manage and resolve critical network incidentsIdeal ProfileDegree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fieldOperational profile with strong technical leadership capabilitiesStrong coordination skills (teams, vendors, remote sites)Problem-solving mindset with focus on business continuityExperience in large-scale infrastructure deployment projectsLanguage RequirementUpper-intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1)
