The Director of Strategy & Planning is a key finance leadership role responsible for driving long-term financial planning, enterprise capital allocation, and value creation initiatives. This role partners closely with finance and executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable financial plans that support disciplined investment decisions aligned with the company’s growth priorities and financial objectives.The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across the organization.This role is Hybrid and does require you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, Washington.A Day In The LifeLead the financial components of the enterprise long-range planning (LRP) process, including 3–5 year financial outlooks and scenario modeling across the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flowsPartner with finance and executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into financial targets, capital allocation frameworks, and actionable roadmapsOwn and maintain the enterprise 3-statement financial model, leading the annual and rolling forecast process with variance analysis and forecast accuracy improvementsEvaluate investment opportunities including organic growth initiatives, strategic projects, and potential M&A through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case developmentServe as a thought partner to the CFO and executive team on strategic initiatives, providing insights on portfolio optimization, cost structure, and resource deploymentDrive cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities, performance metrics, and enterprise transformation initiativesYou Own This If You HaveBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, investment banking, or consultingExpert-level 3-statement financial modeling skills, including integrated scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and full income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow integrationStrong experience in long-range planning, capital allocation, and strategic financeProven ability to influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional initiatives, and support Board or executive leadership teamsExcellent executive communication and storytelling skills with strong business acumenWe’ve got you covered…BenefitsOur employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
