General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production Worker/Machine Operator (1st shift Commerce)Job DescriptionThis role supports daily production operations in a warehouse environment by handling materials, mixing product batches, and assisting with quality-related tasks. You will work in either the material handling department or the machine operating department, ensuring products are accurately measured, safely moved, and prepared for further processing.Responsibilities .Lift, carry, and move materials and products, including frequent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.Mix and weigh materials and product batches according to established procedures and guidelines.Manually move product around the work area to support production and workflow needs.Weigh and measure materials using scales to ensure accurate quantities and batch consistency.Assist with general production tasks such as staging materials, organizing work areas, and supporting machine operations as needed.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding material needs, product issues, or quality concerns.Essential SkillsAbility to perform general production and general labor tasks in a warehouse environment.Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.Experience or strong comfort level with heavy lifting and physical work.Ability to mix materials and product batches by following basic instructions.Basic experience using pallet jacks to move materials and products.Ability to weigh and measure materials using scales with attention to accuracy.Comfort working around production and machine operations.Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to follow safety and operational procedures.Interviewing Immediatley will start this week!!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of COMMERCE, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
