Human Resources Training Coordinator

OverviewA growing manufacturing organization in the Mesa area is seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to support workforce development across production and quality teams. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering training programs that improve skill development, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver hands-on and classroom-based training for machinists, assemblers, inspectors, and other production staff Develop and implement structured training programs aligned with aerospace workmanship standards Partner with operations and quality leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs Design and manage learning content including LMS modules, workshops, and on-the-floor instruction Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomes Coordinate and schedule training sessions across departments Maintain training records and manage an annual training calendar Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to enhance training initiatives QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training, instructional design, or related field 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or manufacturing environments Experience delivering training to both small and large groups Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred:Aerospace or manufacturing training experience Knowledge xywuqvp of AS9100 quality systems and IPC standards (IPC/WHMA-620, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610) Ability to read blueprints and schematics Experience with hand measurement tools Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S principles Additional InformationMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Role may require access to export-controlled information Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement
