Director, Data & AI – Digital & Marketing
The Director, Data & AI – Digital & Marketing supports the execution of enterprise Data & AI and Marketing strategies by delivering scalable data products, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities that enhance digital performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Technology leaders to operationalize data‑driven use cases and embed AI into marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Digital & Marketing Data & AI roadmap in alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
Translate marketing and digital objectives into scalable data products and AI‑enabled solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high‑impact use cases (e.g., personalization, attribution, segmentation, media optimization, experimentation).
Oversee development and deployment of analytics and machine learning models into production environments.
Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices are embedded in solutions.
Drive adoption of data products and insights through clear storytelling and change enablement.
Lead and develop a team of product managers, analysts, and data professionals.
Qualifications
8+ years in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital/Marketing Analytics.
3–5+ years of people or product leadership experience.
Experience deploying analytics or AI solutions within marketing or digital ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of MarTech, digital analytics, attribution, experimentation, and customer data platforms.
Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally in matrixed environments.
Pay Range
Anticipated Base Salary Range $139,850.00 to $241,550.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
