Job Description Production Planning & Inventory Audit SpecialistManufacturing | Direct Hire$50-70KWe are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Planning & Inventory Audit Specialist to support a fast-growing manufacturing operation. This role is critical in ensuring production runs smoothly, inventory stays accurate, and customer demand is met on time.What you will do:• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules• Coordinate with purchasing, production, quality, and shipping teams• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies• Maintain accurate ERP data and reporting• Drive process improvements in scheduling and inventory controlWhat we are looking for:• 2 to 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or inventory within manufacturing• Strong ERP/MRP system experience• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skillsThis is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a high-accountability environment where operations and customer experience go hand in hand.
