With previous experience as a cook, you can manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesPrepare delicious, gourmet foodDemonstrate positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasmInspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practicesYou have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPrepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent resultsCook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipmentEnsure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roastersExhibit teamwork and effective communicationCross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, garnish, grillRespond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalismQualifications1+ year of high volume restaurant experience.Excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
