This role is ideal for a multi-faceted data professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.The Sr.Associate will support governance policy development, coordinate across data domains, partner with technical teams on master data management initiatives, and work with system owners to implement data quality rules and controls. This role blends documentation, facilitation, data coordination, and hands-on governance execution.Cross-Domain Coordination - 30%Partner with data domain leads (e.g., client, finance, HR, operational data) to align on definitions, ownership, and standardsHelp coordinate governance activities across business and technical stakeholdersSupport data stewardship engagement and domain working groupsTrack action items, decisions, and progress across governance initiativesData Quality Implementation - 40%Partner with system owners to define and implement data quality rules, controls, and monitoring processesHelp identify data quality gaps and coordinate remediation effortsSupport root cause analysis for recurring data issuesDocument data quality metrics and reporting processesGovernance Policy & Documentation - 30%Contribute to the development and maintenance of data and AI governance policies, standards, and proceduresFacilitate working sessions and document decisions, frameworks, and ownership modelsMaintain governance artifacts such as decision logs, data ownership matrices, and RACI modelsSupport change management and communication efforts related to governance initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required2-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, business analysis, analytics, or related rolesExposure to data quality, master data management, or enterprise data initiativesExperience working with both business and technical stakeholdersExperience in a consulting or professional services environmentExperience supporting MDM initiativesDemonstrated ability to document requirements, policies, and decisions clearlyStrong facilitation and consensus-building skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvementAbility to translate between technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with data integration or data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Boomi, or similar tools)The pay rate range for this job position is $74,200 to $148,230. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
