The ideal candidate embraces critical questioning, values a purpose-driven culture, and is eager to take on a dynamic role involving sophisticated litigation and construction-related matters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; managing document review and case development; assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation; and negotiating, drafting, and revising construction and other commercial agreements. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
