Rego developer

This is a remote position.Rego developer 12 months contract Remote role Timezone: UK Industry: BFSI Key Responsibilities of a Rego Developer: Policy Writing: Creating and maintaining Rego policies to enforce security, compliance, or governance rules across systems. OPA Integration: Working on integrating OPA with services or platforms such as Kubernetes, microservices, or cloud platforms. Testing and Debugging: Writing test cases for Rego policies and debugging policies using OPA tools. Performance Optimization: Ensuring policies are efficient and optimize for performance, especially in high-scale environments. Skills Required: Proficiency in Rego: Experience in writing Rego policies using OPA. Understanding of OPA: In-depth knowledge of how OPA works, including deployment and integration. Kubernetes Knowledge: Experience in Kubernetes security, since OPA is often used with Kubernetes for enforcing security policies. CI/CD Pipeline: Familiarity with integrating OPA into CI/CD pipelines for continuous policy enforcement.
